Absolutely the worse ever dealing with. I chose specifically for FREE SHIPPING which has ALWAYS meant returns as well. Jacket was way to big. Seller sends PO BOX address. I repack and take it. $56.00 to return. Sellers snotty attitude comes back, my problem. As an active combat medical officer serving in the Ukraine, we must buy our own uniforms. Seller ship's UPS to get the 1/4 cost of shipping. TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR MILITARY ACTIVE DUTY STAFF. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. WORD SPREAD FAST.

Based upon your comments one can guess who is being disrespectful. Explaining our return policy and being "SNOTTY" are two different things. We wish you safety and good health in your deployment. As explained - there are much less expensive ways to return than what you have chosen but you have chosen not to work with us on your return/exchange. Issuing warnings to our company is not a productive way to handle a simple return.
