Disappointed in the seller, as he advertised items that were not available. Refunded money without explanation as to why. This is not the first time this seller has done this! I contacted him to find out why and his excuse was that he has 12,000 stamps for sale and he can't keep track of everything and that he had staff away with COVID. I will no longer bid on items he has for sale as you can't be guaranteed of getting them.
