    Seller sent wrong pair of shoes by mistake - this happens, but they didn't handle it well. Tried to get me to send it in a way not approved by eBay, didn't issue official return label, offer partial refund or anything and seemed almost offended I'm not happy to send item back without official label. Lots of hassle for a 11 GBP item, I'll just give it to a friend as the shoes were fine otherwise, "just" wrong size and pink for a boy.

    The Royal mail label was sent to you as soon as I received your message. Please Explain what return did I offer that was not approved by eBay? I have emailed you the return label and tried to rectify my mistake but you refused to post the item back and opened the case. I have provided the proof that I have sent you a return label and you failed to send the shoes back and eBay closed the case. I really have tried to help and it was totally unnecessary to lie on feedback.
