    Hello, I guess you didn't read the description of the item, because it says in German, French and English that the CDs are sent without the jewel cases and that if you want the cases you have to choose the highest shipping cost at check out. I am sure that I didn' send photocopies of the sleeve. I therefore ask you to change your evaluation from negative to neutral or positive
