I’m sorry that my product is horrible because you did not receive a return because my policy is that returns are not accepted. And you, as a buyer , you can see that before you buy. Plus, my product is exactly what you see in the pictures and it work as I sold this many times and everybody was happy with it. And your return request was saying that the item does not match description, which is a big lie. I feel very sorry that eBay accepts this type of customer as they want to buy things for free
