While my item shipped late, I can forgive this error simply because of how this seller handled the situation, as well as the final product I received. When my item had yet to ship I contacted the seller and they apologized and assured me that it would be sent immediately. After it was sent it reached my house in 3 days! I was floored to see how beautiful it was. Not only is this the cleanest PlayStation Vita I've ever received it, also came CiB with the game that came with it. #1 Vita Seller!!!
