- la richiesta di restituzione deve essere inviata a Dudubags (ordini@dudubags.com) entro 30 giorni di calendario dalla data di consegna. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante fax al numero 0434-361483;

- la spedizione di reso deve avvenire utilizzando un metodo tracciabile (Corriere, Posta raccomandata, Pacco celere, ecc). Qualora questo non fosse rispettato, il Venditore non si assume nessuna responsabilità in caso di smarrimento o furto del pacco restituito e si riserva il diritto di non effettuare il rimborso;

- il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato ai prodotti;

- i prodotti devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale;

- i prodotti resi devono essere inviati al Venditore in una sola spedizione. Il Venditore, infatti, si riserva il diritto di non accettare beni di uno stesso ordine, resi e spediti in momenti diversi;

- i prodotti resi devono essere consegnati al corriere entro 14 giorni di calendario decorrenti dalla data in cui è stata comunicata la decisione di recedere.

Se hai rispettato tutte le condizioni richieste, il Venditore ti rimborserà il prezzo dei prodotti acquistati entro 14 giorni di calendario dal giorno in cui il Venditore è stato informato della tua decisione di recedere.
