Item was delivered ahead of the estimated time. It came in several shipments, and the seller broke down each shipment which made tracking easy. The packaging for shipping seemed sufficient and the sofa had no damage on arrival. It took a while for a couple of the pieces to retain their shape from packing, but it was assembled in an hour or so. The instructions on how to build each piece were pretty clear, and we are happy with the product.
