Item described as "worn once, like new" but it was missing a key component (the hood). Seller said I should have examined pictures more closely as opposed to trusting the description. Returns not allowed, so ha-ha the joke is on me I have a jacket that's useless. Communication was prompt.
I would NOT recommend doing business with this seller.

I never said it had a hood, and there was no hood in pictures. Don't know what else to say. And yes. The jacket was indeed in like new condition.
