I ordered the bicycle brakes advertised in the auction. What they sent me is four AA batteries. Clearly this is a fraud. I will be working with eBay, PayPal, and Visa to rectify the larceny by fraud committed in this case. I am also contacting the Chinese police, to advise them of this seller's criminal activity. Good luck dealing with the PRC police!!!
