    Overall a good experience and I'm happy with the purchase. I needed the item for a 1pm Gen 3 which is larger than the gen 1 and it just about fits.. The flex holes are on the small side so I enlarged for the flex needed for higher power devices. The seller confirmed they will do get hold of a gen 3 and tweak the design if need be. I'd also suggest thickening the all surfaces as they are a bit on the thin side and include the lengths to trim the flex and L/N wires on both sides.
