I have not contacted the seller, only yourselves. I was very disappointed with the product, it was NOT a product that was sold in the UK, in fact it was a poor copy.As I wrotr back to you at the time Ingrams is manufactured in Surrey NOT Egypt !, the colour, smell of the cream just wasn't right. I am still awaiting instructions as how to return it.
