The stein arrived last week. The bottom of the handle is separated from the stein. A very small sliver is missing. I know the stein wasn't damaged in transit because that sliver would be in the packaging. Also, whatever species of animal urine (cat) was on the stein was in the ceramic where the sliver was missing. I'll deal with it but not happy about it.
