2nd failed attempt to buy something through this company. 1st experience I purchased a record and they cancelled the order because they had put the wrong price on it- record back on sale later for $4.60 more. 2nd time, I purchased a cd then heard nothing for over a week. Finally contacted them and received a confusing message about checking stock availability or offering a refund. To be fair, both times refund was quick.
