Unfortunately, it wasn't dispatched until 4 days later, so didn't arrive until the Saturday. I was already at the event I wanted it for. Why do sellers get immediate payment, yet delay dispatch for 4 days??

As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service.
