I wish the colour was disclosed, the picture shows grey, but when it arrived it was black, its okay because the advertisement did not specify the colour. Next time, please declare the colour.

It's actually impossible to list clothes on eBay without a colour being declared. The system won't let you.
As you'll see if you click back on the listing description, it clearly says BLACK.
