Positive as far as the jacket was just as described, but paid for 'next day' delivery and it turned up 3 days past the estimated delivery date as it had to come from a warehouse. Only when I chased it up did I get told that, so not great to offer next day delivery at additional cost when the item's not there at hand to post out.
