Reality: We took a little over 24 hours to reply to this customer due to the flu, we asked for details on the issue so we could resolve them for him, no reply now after 3 messages. They apparently just wanted to leave negative feedback I guess 👌🏻 . Would be happy to solve your problems to your satisfaction but that does sometimes require a bit of patience and understanding, which these days is in seemingly in short supply.
