No delivery. Allowed two weeks beyond estimated delivery date before raising 'did not receive' via eBay. No response from seller. Full refund from eBay. No tracking number. Questionable feedback. Not impressed. Waste of time. However, I'm not out of pocket (thanks to eBay)/(hence 'neutral') but non-responsive and inefficient sellers should remove themselves from eBay or get their act together. Disappointing transaction. :-(
