hello, im sorry to see this, upon checking I can see your order was due 15/05 and arrived 16/05, one day late which I have to say bearing in mind Customs is not too bad. I also note your comments re tax, having checked your order total was 176 EUR, tax payablke of 48.75eur, which is 27.7%. This includes your 21% vat charge and also the tax clearance charge, the item was purchased was tax free though.
