The vase arrived quite quick and well packaged, however I soon noticed that there was missing mirror tiles around the top and around the base. I contacted the seller who replied 2 days later apologizing offering a partial refund. I replied saying I would accept IF they send me the tiles to glue on myself, the conversation has been going on for 3 days for them to say today they're not sending them to me!! Needless to say I'm NOT happy!!
