I ordered a pair of heels with rounded toes in a metallic light blue color as pictured and size 16 and what I got instead is a different yellow, green, blue pattern and material, in a size 46 CN (equivalent US women's size 11).
This isn't just a wrong color or size, it's entirely the wrong shoe. The only thing in common is that they are both heels from China. This item should be refunded or replaced immediately. I will update my feedback based on the response to my report 2024/5/6 either way.
