He said he couldn't due anything about the postage i paid to get to me and return to him. I'm out almost 20.00 dollars. How was i to know the difference between pal and ntsc .As i said great response time. And explanation. So my choice is Return it and be out about 20.00 dollars or keep it still be out 8.95 but i have something.Why didn't he explain pal and ntsc in his for sale. i feel i got screwed. Not happy!
