Seller took 10 days after payment to ship the order, when the package arrived the item was not in good condition as it was decribed. After contacting the seller regarding the issue I got no answer.

Io rispondo a domande non ad affermazioni. Lei ha affermato di voler restituire l'oggetto senza iniziare la procedura di reso... non la posso iniziare io la procedura di reso, se questo intendeva per risposta non so cosa farci. La sua tuta è stata spedita nei tempi previsti e visto che lei abita in un paese scomodo il corriere avrà i suoi tempi per la consegna. La tuta ha più di 50 anni e mi sembra un po' dubbio affermare,senza foto, che abbia dei difetti di fabbrica che in 3 non abbiamo visto.
