    Very unhappy with the cryogen. It is NOT suitable with Candela Gentle Max Pro. I’m using my first canister and the machine keeps saying that DCD canister is empty while it’s full. I have to stop treatment reboot the machine and have a patient wait for about 15 minutes to fix this. Waist of money! Will never buy again.

    There must be a problem with your machine because we sell these to hundreds of clients that have no problems with the cylinders. We did take your cylinders back for a refund as a gesture of good will. We hope you never buy from us again as well.
