La garantie EMERAUDE est d’une durée de 2 ans pour les bijoux neufs, nos bijoux sont garantis contre les vices de fabrication. Cette garantie ne couvre pas l’usure due à l’utilisation, ni la casse ou la déformation due à des circonstances accidentelles ou à une utilisation impropre.

Par ailleurs, pendant une durée de six mois pour les produits d’occasion et deux ans pour le neuf à compter de leur livraison, les produits sont garantis pièces et main-d’œuvre, contre leurs défauts de fabrication.

Nous nous engageons à vous réparer, les produits défectueux que vous nous retourneriez durant cette période.

Cette garantie ne vous sera cependant accordée que si :
