I also have costs and rely on income from my sales. I had already packaged the item and was about to dispatch which is why on this occasion I was unable to cancel. Ebay policy states that a buyer can request a cancellation up to one hour after payment, you did not request cancellation within an hour. I am sorry that your circumstances have changed but the sale had already been processed. The item has been dispatched and I have requested that your negative feedback be revised.
