Well, I assumed open box meant that the item in question had all the necessary accoutrements as is described by stores like Best Buy. No. It was just the phone. No charger. No documents,. I have chargers and can get the manual online. No biggee. Yes, it was unlocked. Looked new. The seller shipped it quickly enough but mama nature's shenanigans got in the way. Can't help that. So I'm happy with it. It's just a phone. A necessary evil these days.

I was told the phone did not have a previous user but Tmobile said it had been used before and the balance was not paid off. So I am stuck with the phone and cant use it. I tried several services to unlock with no success.
