Did not receive the manual, nor the big box. Did, however, receive the game disc in a “jewel”(plastic flip) box. AND received three other game cds not advertised as part of the order. We have not been contacted about these extra items - so we do not know how to pay for these games. Please contact with how to do payment!Ordered May 09 and received May 24. Things happen, things get delayed, life goes on. So not a negative rating, not an exceptional rating-neutral rating sounds about right.

Had an issue getting item shipped out for nearly two weeks with little response to inquiries, but seller finally contacted me after dealing with a family emergency. Seller was very apologetic and wanted to make things right and stayed engaged in communication all the way to delivery of a pristine carded figure. Refunded my shipping and even included a decent bonus carded figure in great condition. Easy to get frustrated with delay but seller really worked hard to earn customer loyalty.
