The item Arrived quickly and well packed.
I was under the impresion it would be under pressure with nitrogen th keep out moisture.
It was not.
I'm assuming it was due to shipping regulations regarding pressurized canisters. All said, instead of letting out most of the gas and leaving a small amount of in , all valves were open upon its arrival.
In my opinion the surface inside has been breached wth moisture.I
I vacuumed it ...
