    Yes I was let down by the courier and reached out to let them know even whilst I was on holiday which still wasnt good enough for this buyer, once i knew it was undelivered I offered to send another or a refund they opted for a full refund which I issued right away I did ask them to remove the feedback as it is harmful to my buisness but they refused and left me rubbish feedback when I went out of my way on holiday to help them you cant please them all oh well onwards and upwards :)
