The buyer requested a refund upon receipt of the item claiming it was cream and not off white. I tried to explain that this is what linen looks like. Anyway the refund was given without delay AND the buyer was told to keep the item due to the cost of return postage. Buyer then gave NEUTRAL feedback. Go figure. I wish to request that the feedback is removed. You only have to look at my other feedback to see the overwhelming degree of happy customers. Something is awry here and it isnt me.
