    The cup was dirty with coffee stains. I immediately washed it in hot water and used barkeepers cleanser and it is fine now. I did notify the seller who told me to return it for a full refund including shipping. I want the cup so after washing it is fine....the seller did not get my point and that is do NOT sell a dirty item.
