The item arrived damaged. Seller included note of apology for damage and shipped anyway. Seller should have given option of declining or accepting. Her note stated "I'm happy to credit you what you feel is fair". I have requested 50% credit on purchase of item or return for full refund plus a pre-paid return shipping label. I have given many opportunities to respond in the manner I feel is fail with no resolution. Please compare attached images with images represented in listing.
