Well I wrote the seller a message as the listing says tested and working to which I interpret as logged into. If there is no password the unit is a paperweight the seller to my knowledge just didn't respond. The unit is in good physical shape but without the password the errors can't be determined. Tested as a boat anchor that's all it's for without login. No reset without the one in it
