Weeks after the item was ordered, and we still hadn't received it, we sent a message to the seller about it. He replaced let us know he was out of the country and would send it when he got back in a few days. After a week when we still hadn't gotten it, we contacted eBay and requested a refund, which was granted. The seller did send us a letter advertising room air conditioners.
