We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
 
Conditions
 
All our orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sales and warranties.
 
Orders
 
1. All prices will be charged at the published price, at the date of order plus VAT(where applicable) at the current rate Plus delivery charge(where applicable).
2. The seller has the right to periodically change prices of all L.A tanning Company products with out notice.
3. No charge is made to the customer for credit card payment.
4. There are no minimum orders.
5. Full refunds will be given on items that are unwanted within 14 days of purchase, items have to be in a resalable condition (not used or opened)no credit will be given to customer.
6. All orders are to be paid in full before dispatch of any L.A tanning Company products.
7. L.A tanning Company will not dispatch any L.A tanning Company products that are part paid or not paid in full.
 
Warranty
 
8. Unless stated all goods carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
9. Goods are not sold on a trail basis.
10. Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and without a goods return number from L.A tanning Company. To obtain a goods return authorisation number contact our customer services on 0161 483 7156.
11. Returned goods may only be returned with Authorisation number, plus returned goods may only be accepted if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used.
12. L.A tanning Company will not be held responsible of cost of postage and package on returned goods.
 
Delivery
 
13. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days of acceptance of order. Delivery times are not guaranteed as we are dependent on third party couriers. We do not deliver at weekends.
14. Goods supplied outside of the UK can take up to 3-7 working days, a more accurate delivery time will be informed to the customer upon ordering.
15. Delivery of goods shall be made to Buyer`s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
16. Risk to all goods shall be passed to the buyer upon delivery of the goods, or where the Buyer fails to take delivery at the agreed time,at the time delivery was attempted.
 
Cancellation
 
17. The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller L.A tanning Company in writing within 14 days if the goods are damaged or do not comply as stated . If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
 
Force Majeure
 
Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of god,war, strike, lock out industrial action, fire or other events beyond the reasonable control of either party. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
 
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
 
If you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the item that was dispatched, you can return it, in its original condition within 14 working days after the date the item is delivered. We will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping & handling if applicable, but will not refund your costs in sending the item back to us unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or faulty. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice to the following address:

All our HVLP units are covered under 12 month UK manufacturer guarantee. Faults caused by the customer through the misuse, wrong use of equipment, industrial or hire use cannot be covered. HVLP systems are manufactured to acceptable operational decibel standards for regular use in salons and by spray tan technicians.
 
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to understand fully the difference between the operational sound volume of airbrush (which is almost silent) compared with HVLP technology (around the sound level of a salon hairdryer) before purchasing and that is not satisfactory grounds to request a refund or return of goods.
 
For units that appear faulty and are within 12 months from when purchased, will be assessed and if deemed manufactures fault, a replacement unit will be sent.
