When I open "Contact Buyer" on this item it's a blank page so I haven't received any of these 3 messages. My guess is either this buyer bought multiples of the same product and is confused between them, or has put the batteries in the wrong way, or is using worn out batteries. This remote was tested as all the 1,000's of remotes I sell are, by putting in batteries and pointing at my IR extender to see if it lights up when buttons are pressed. If it lights up, then the IR signal is being read.
