QUICK, EZ, PAINLESS!! I will say this about the product itself, use a light plate, I used a level 4 plate and almost knocked myself out by getting hit in the back of the head when deploying the tactical vest over my head. But, it is still a great buy and the quality def beat the standards from items that are shipped from overseas.
