When I asked where my purchase was, as it had not arrived 1 week after having been, supposedly, sent I received no reply but then I received a refund, with no explanation. When I checked my purchase the same item was for sale but at a higher price. Disgraceful behaviour. You had a contract with me to supply the item at the agreed price which you reneged on. You have broken the law of contract.
