I despise leaving poor feedback: Extremely poor communication and when there was communication the seller was incredibly rude and made excuses. The lantern arrived damaged so I politely asked about it which prompted a temper tantrum. I highly recommend not buying from this seller. See the attached photos for damage and the communication. I have nothing to hide or lose. Hopefully this helps future buyers. Incredibly poor attitude. Can't even handle answering a simple politely worded question.

I have ZERO tolerance for BULLIES! I expected this form you after your first email demanding a reason why I didn't ship it to you within hours of your "PROMPT PAYMENT" You include that email? Of course not. My shipping window is 3 days listed in my listing. My item wasn't damaged when sent, I explained I had back surgery so I needed help with shipping. It doesn't look like MY ITEM but, I offered a return. But you want more money back instead? I won't be bullied by Neg FB. Been here way to long!
