Item arrived with multiple broken pieces, shipper said he sent item disassembled “ because he didn’t have a big enough box “ wish he would have spent a few moments to get a bigger box and sent statue whole. Lesson learned real quality statues are no assembly required.

All "real quality statues" of the size of the statue you purchased (32 inches) require assembly. I offered to replace the parts broken during shipping (the fingers) but you preferred a refund (which I approved immediately). You were rude from the first message and said no to all the solutions I proposed.
