Placed order on 03/23 and haven't received item yet. Seller created a mailing label but hasn't taken it to the Post Office so USPS can start delivery process. I opened a case with Ebay on 04/08 for (item not received). Seller responded once on 04/11 to tell me that their Father had passed away and the item was on it's way to me. I replied with my condolences to the seller and respectfully closed the case on 04/11 under the assumption my item was on it's way. USPS is still waiting on item (04/24)
