5 lights not functioning was told to take apart and check batteries which was awkward then when I replied all connections were fine was informed that they were now out of stock.was then told to send them all back (18) for a refund,nothing about packaging and post costs ,to which I replied just send me a refund for the 5 the remaining ones very dull
