Box with 2 bottles arrived loose inside. One bottle lost the plastic wrap, possibly because of rolling loose. If the other bottle lost its wrap, they could have cracked each other. OR, someone couldn't put the wrap back on the bottle because the box wasn't taped or sealed to prevent someone from being inquisitive...thief?
A crumpled piece of paper could have helped.
