Received suede effect boots a bit damp as EVRI decided to leave my parcel at the side door and open to the winter elements, of heavy wind and rain for hours after delivery. (Local Courier would know how bad the weather has been and the forecast locally, so amazed he did it in winter). EVRI instructions is to use a lidded box at the front door which is in a porch area, that way the parcel would have stayed completely dry. I’m lucky the local foxes didn’t rip the parcel to bits before I got to it.
