We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us. Acceptance by us is made in writing via order confirmation or notice of despatch.

If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

The item was “lost” in transit for over a week. When I reported it missing it mysteriously appeared the next day. I think the carrier tried to steal it. Once it arrived the antlers were all broken, it was too much hassle to report it and get a replacement I just fixed it myself. They were out for Christmas and new year,Nye’s most of the body has tureens from whit to a rusted colour. Not great quality. However they were cheap, hundreds cheaper than our local garden center. Overall, disappointed
