New is "new", not with a hard fold next to the spine that puts a twist in the book so that it may not be open without it flopping. Pages can't be fanned through to reference contents - ref-book. I'll attempt to press it as well as I may. Damage or used are typically 1/2 price w/photos as I sent, to review - - prior - - to purchasing.
