🛑UPDATE🛑👎👎 COUNTERFEIT / FAKE!!! I originally thought this bag was legitimate, so I left the seller positive feedback. Upon registering my bag with Tumi, I was told the bag is a counterfeit. The tracer # on the bag was for a hickory color, however the bag I purchased was black. I spoke to 3 Tumi reps to verify and each of them told me it was a fake. I took the bag to my local Tumi store and they put it next to a real bag. Totally different construction. They too told me the bag is a fake.

We have been selling many brands on eBay for years and, as you can see from the hundreds of positive reviews, have made a lot of buyers happy. As for the addendum, we assure you the backpack in question is real, purchased at an outlet sale. Clearly an oversight with quality control. We have a 30-day return policy and had no issue with the return. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do better.
