Yes, I by mistake I sent him the wrong color shoes, but I corrected the mistake immediately, I sent white color shoes to him with Priority Mail and emailed him the return shipping label on May 15, which I think he did not see, he keeps sending me a message that I have to send him return shipping label, I send him the screenshot of the label which I send him on 5/15, he has both shoes,I sent him the return shipping label three weeks ago and he did not returned, and left me a negative feedback.

Her shoes got lost in the Mail, A 100% refund was issued to this buyer if she had contacted me before leaving negative feedback, I would have sent her another pair by priority mail and issued her some credit for the inconvenience, but she decided to leave negative feedback. Overall, the Post Office does a great job, but occasionally, Mail gets lost.
